I'm loving the simple and natural designs of Australian design duo Gardener & Marks. They make the most of their environment and the spaces they begin with. They play up the natural beautiful aspects of a space, like original flooring, imperfect walls, and interesting nooks and crannies. They bring the outdoors in, and they make use of vintage and repurposed pieces. Swoon.
I've never seen a kitchen island like that -- pretty cool.
ReplyDeleteThese spaces are filled with so much charm and character. I especially love the pretty crystal chandeliers against the white brick walls, and the wood ceilings are great. And awesome big chalboard wall in that kitchen!
